ELECTROCLERK BUSINESS SOFTWARE
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As our business practices and offerings evolve, we may make changes to the TERMS OF SERVICE from time to time. We will inform you of most material changes before they take effect, although some changes (e.g. that are required by law, or apply to new functionality) will apply immediately. Your continued use of the products after any TERMS OF SERVICE changes take effect will constitute acceptance of those changes.
									
You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, or transfer ELECTROCLERK , or any subset of this VERSION, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use ELECTROCLERK for any legal purpose.
									
COMMON PROVISIONS
ELECTROCLERK  IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ELECTROKINGDOM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Payment Terms.
									
ONLINE BILLING
You must pay at the end of the applicable Fee Accrual Period or as otherwise stated by ELECTROKINGDOM in the Billing Console. If ELECTROKINGDOM determines that Customer is at risk of non-payment or that Customer’s Account is potentially fraudulent, then ELECTROKINGDOM may invoice Customer more frequently. Customer will pay all Fees in the currency stated in the invoice. If Customer elects to pay by credit card, debit card, or other non-invoiced form of payment, ELECTROKINGDOM will charge (and Customer will pay) all Fees immediately at the end of the Fee Accrual Period. If Customer elects to pay by Bank transfer (and ELECTROKINGDOM agrees), all Fees are due as stated in the billing Console. Customer's obligation to pay all Fees is non-cancellable.
									
Using ELECTROCLERK  denotes the acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license, you must remove ELECTROCLERK  files from your storage devices and cease to use it.
